Delivery Information
We’re excited to get your fromtheplants order to you! We offer next-day delivery across the UAE. Here’s what you can expect regarding the delivery process:
Pre-Delivery Communication:
To ensure a smooth and convenient delivery, our courier partner will contact you in two ways before dispatching your order:
WhatsApp Message: You will receive a WhatsApp message requesting the following information for verification and delivery planning:
- Your Villa/Apartment Number
- Your Location
Phone Call: Following the WhatsApp message, the courier will call you to confirm a suitable delivery time for the next day.
Important Security Note: Our couriers will never ask for sensitive information such as your full address, Emirates ID number, bank details, or any other financial information beyond what was provided during checkout. If you receive a request for such information, please do not provide it and contact our customer support immediately at sales@fromtheplants.com.
Delivery Times:
We offer next-day delivery across the UAE. Orders placed before 12 AM will be delivered the next business day. Orders placed after 12 AM will be delivered the following business day.
Delivery Fees:
Currently we are offering free delivery on all orders! Once the free delivery offer is finished, then we will revert to the normal fees below:
We offer the following delivery options:
- Orders AED 100 and above: Free Delivery!
- Orders below AED 100: A flat delivery fee of AED 10 will be applied to orders delivered within major cities in the UAE.
- Orders from Outer Areas: Deliveries to outer areas within the UAE will incur an additional delivery fee (aside from the AED 10) depending on the specific location. Our courier company will inform you of the exact additional fee via WhatsApp or phone before dispatching your order. You will have the option to proceed with the order or cancel it at that time.
Delivery Address:
Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate delivery address during checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Delivery Issues:
If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as delays, missing items, or damaged packaging, please contact our customer support team immediately at sales@fromtheplants.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Important Notes:
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, traffic, or public holidays.
- We currently only offer delivery within the UAE.
