Returns:

Due to the nature of our personal care products, we are unable to accept returns unless the product is damaged upon arrival or if you receive an incorrect item. We prioritize hygiene and safety for all our customers, and therefore cannot resell returned products that have left our facility.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We’ll be happy to offer you a full refund or a replacement (depending on your preference) as quickly as possible.

Important note: For faster processing, you may also attach a picture of the damaged item or incorrect product received.

Order Cancellation:

You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet.
